I have a Whirlpool side by side 9years old. Bread and most foods get ice crystals and freezer burn after only 1 week. The door gasket looks good. The defrost heater comes on and pulls about 5A for about 3 min and cycles off with the cover removed. The evaporator fan runs as advertised. No ice build up on evap coil. Temps in both sides seem to be normal. Defrost t-stat reads open at room temp. Any help would be much appreciated!
