Ice forms on the floor of the freezer
I have cleaned out the drain many times; however; the ice comes back. The last time after only about 2 months. There is foil on the drain channel and this is rinkled. Should this be replaced or is it even necessary.

Sounds like a defrost problem there should be a defrost control and some form of a heater onthe inside of your freezer you should call a technician for proper diagnosis on which part you will need
