Check to see if ice maker timer is working by running a piece of scotch tape from the arm to the case of the ice maker (make sure tape is just barely attached) then wait to see if tape is dislodged. if the ice maker is working, the arm will raise every 45 minutes or so, dislodging the tape. in this case the problem is most likely the water valve.(unless you can still get water from the door, then it's probably just that the line is frozen where it enters the freezer.) if the tape is not dislodged then you can either get a new timer for your ice maker(not always available) or just buy a new ice maker. either way you can get the parts you need here: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/
