Ice maker not working
Several days ago I found water on floor at refrigerator. Opened left side of refrig and saw water had come from ice maker. At this point there was ice in the tray, but it was apparently melting and this was the source of the water. We first tried using the reset button, but the ice maker didn't respond. A call to Samsung seemed to confirm the unit needed to be replaced, and one was ordered through them. It was installed yesterday, the reset button was used, but nothing happened and no ice was made. We also changed the water filter, even though the change filter light hadn't shown and it was not time to do so. What is our next step?

What was reset button for? is it something like defrost the unit when press. you said that it is already replaced then likely your problem is with the unit thermostat all ref unit has it and most likely to fail overtime, it is also possible that there is leak on the sealing doors which makes your ice melts faster when the motor stop pumping freon
