Ice on the evaporator
The unit gets ice on the evaporator then the blower motor blows it in the room. The unit keeps the room cool. How do I fix it? I am a licensed a/c mechanic, but I do installations.

Make sure the coils are not dirty,if they are not dirty,add freon to the system,not much,feel the evaporator,when the evaporator is cool all over,and the condenser is warm all over,there is enough freon,add very little at a time,this system does not hold much freon,if this was helpful,at all,please rate,thank you.
