Icemaker not filling with water on JennAire JCD2389GES. Replaced icemaker with new one, but icemaker still not filling. Water flows fine to water dispenser. Water flows when I connect V and L
Water flows into the ice tray when I connect V and L terminals of icemake with a paper clip. I had originally read that if V and L connection makes water fill the tray, then the icemaker is bad. However, this occurs for both the old and new replacement icemaker. Not sure what this means now.

Replace the water supply valve, it's only half working, its located in the bottom back with icemaker and dispenser water tubes going to it.
