Icemaker Same as reported by someone on the 9th The ice maker, located in the door, fails to make ice. The area is cold (certainly cold enough to freeze) and the 'fingers' that move the ice through the tray work. There was no sound of water flowing although I am able to get water from the door dispenser (so water to the entire refrigerator is available). I suspect that the valve controlling water flow into the ice maker tray is bad and that otherwise, things are all playing okay. No proof of this though. Any suggestions?

IT DOESNT MEAN YOU GETTIN WATER IN THE WATER DISPENSER THAT THE VALVE IS OK.MOST FRIDGES ARE FITTED WITH TWO VALVES.CHECK THAT THE ICE MAKER VALVE IS WORKING IF THATS OK YOU MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM INTERNAL ON THE ICE MAKER BEST YOU GET A TECHNICIAN TO CHECK THAT.GOOD LUCK.MOHAMED
