Idle surges when cold for about 3 minutes until it starts to get warm then acts completely fine.,.,, nobodyknows whats wrong ,, diagnostics have beenr un it just shows misfire temp sensor replaces new sparks and new wires new engine rotar and cap.. still doing it any ideas?

Maybe the idle air control valve is going bad. Have it looked at.
Check the idle air controller, it may need cleaning or replacing-I'd also look for any vacuum leaks, especially before the throttle body-classic symptoms
