Idles fine but bogs down and sputters in gear
If sputtering you put it in neutral and rev the engine it will smooth out when in gear but still only goes 15mph, I have it at an auto shop now so has been put on computer and everything appears to be fine according to the computer

it needs a tuneup , ever get one this decade?
if ignored for 10 years, it needs filters , spark plugs, wire set ,rotor and cap.
if the cam belt ignored for 10 years, its bad too, over 60k miles.
no engine runs for ever, with skipped tuneups. ; a fact.
