If I wiggle the kill switch I get spark,is there a way too by pass the switch to get it running. I tried using a jumper wire and just un-plugging the switch but no luck

A kill switch is just a wire to ground, if you take the switch out it should run, otherwise it is grounded on the other end of that wire. Locate this and you should be able to run, fix the wire and you’ll have a kill switch :) good luck
