Royal Enfield Electra Classic 500 CC. Military Green Year 2009. The Engine doesn't cut off even after I turn the on/off switch and ignition. I used gear to stop and it still takes it time to stop (Ignition and switch both turned off). Finally It stops in gear and then Won't start again.. Absolutely Dead.. Killed the 2 Batteries in 2 stopping effort. Anyone can suggest reason for this and fix. Thanks Devendra

I suspect that there is problem relay/regulator in the charging circuit that is allowing the alternator/generator to keep supplying power to the ignition outside the ignition switch circuit
could be a shorted wire
The dead batteries indicates this by discharging through the same fault.
