China mobiles some keypad is not working. How to solve this probleme??????????????????????????????????????

I have chaina mobile httel-k8 and its problem totaly keypad not working when i hot cpu ic then its working very good but after shutdown again i on its key pad not working please give me solution i am shahid from amc plus pakistan
