The volume dial just doesn't work, you have to use the remote to change the volume. I lost the remote.... and the music is loud. :P The other dial doesn't work either. A little while ago, my mom left her window open while it was raining, and it came in and flooded her desk (Where the iHome was located) maybe water got under something and shorted something. I am not really an electric person. :p It still plays music just fine, the dials simply don't work. D:
