Report "ILO TV, little over two years old, wend dark, no picture, no sound, has a very high pitched low volume whine which goes away slowly when the TV is unplugged. Can only hear whine when TV is plugged in and I am very close to the back of the TV. Any idea as to the problem and can it be fixed very inexpensively? Can it be fixed by a novice or do I need to take it to a shop?"
