Im buyinga rs 125 2004 its been sitting in a garden for about to years worked fine when it was parked up ive tryed cleaning the carb but wont trn over if i pour petrol in to the piston it starts but will not tick over any ideas????

I would check for a blockage in the carburettor fuel inlet or the reed valves may have something forcing them open.
