I'm experiencing some glitches when i play some games with the EVGA GTX465 SC,i installed many drivers provided by Nvidia but stills the same,game crashes asnd return to desktop,icons glitches after the issue,and sometimes i get artifacts on windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits welcome screen,never been overclocked.and its with 3 months of use

Hopefully your card is still under warranty.
I would send it back for service to be honest because this has all the signs of a hardware problem at hand. Nothing you can do will help short of having the manufacturer repair the GPU itself.

It may be getting too hot and therefore showing artifacts. Install some more 120mm fans in your Chassis.
