I'm getting error message when importing photos - photos look fine on the camera viewer but for some reason they will not import onto my computer. i have used the same program for all my other pics from the HS10

Stop trying to use the program you always use. Instead, get a card reader (they're inexpensive) and use it to download to a folder you create on the desktop. From there, you can send the pics to your favorite program.
