Im haing a problem with step 1 on the huffy green machine back axel. The hub cap doesnt lie flush with the tire
Im following instructions for assembly of the green machine and cannot get past step 1. The pole included is coming up too short to bolt both ends. When I add the part #403 inside of the hub cap, the cap wont lie flat.
