I'm having a problem getting the [external] mic to work. It works on my laptop but not my desk top. I looked inside the computer and saw that a plug which read ''Mic Power'' was unplugged. It might have happended when I blew out the dust with my compressor. not sure where to plug it back in. I don't have a schematic of the motherboard U8668D Rev 5 to show me where to plug it. Or does it need to be plugged in?
What other things shoud i try?
I tried testing the mic thru the control panel but no sound
