I'm having the toughest time getting my mower running? I've rewired the entire machine and installed a new coil, alt. stater, carb, plug and oil. I've tried everything to get it to run
It has a B&S 14.5 hp I/C Quiet engine that I've adjusted the valves on. It has plenty of fire at the plug, but even after cranking it for a while it barely has any heat at the exhaust pipe? I Checked the flywheel to make sure it was aligned right because it seems like it's somehow mis-timed? I thought it might be due to the coil I replaced? But it's OEM and has plenty of spark...what am I missing?

If yours has a wiring connector at the base of the carb make sure that is working correctly. It is part of emissions control and is a common problem. There is a solenoid inside the carb that prevents fuel slow when there is no power to it.
