I have a G-4 Mac...I wanted to know first how to see if the midi devices are connected 2 my computer....Are they suppose be connected to a buss??? 2nd I wanted to know if I added the EMU 1212 M PCI Sound Card would it be compatible with the EMU XL 7....3rd I also wanted 2 know would the Yahama P-200 Electronic Piano be compatible??? Do I need more memory???
4th Do I need to upgrade the CPU in the G-4 Mac???
I also have a DigiDesign 001,Audio Interface,Video Slave Drive,888 I/O.5th can I use the Boston Acoutics 7800 with some good aftemarket monitors and Surround Sound Speakers??? 6th what type of connects would I use for the BA.7800??? I only have the B.A.7800.

1. You should be able to connect the midi up to the digi 001, if not get an 002, 003. The 001 is so outdated and will not support newer pro-tools software especially plug-ins.I know I had the 001. Now with the 003 rack(love it).and PT 7.4. Research how to plug a midi device into PT.
