Im not able to go to a chat room cause i have a safe account
I tried to go to my chat room and I cant cause it said that I had a safe account and I want it to be an unsafe account and the reason they did it cause people can get in to fights or bully other people

You are correct, you cannot go into a chat room because you have a safe account. They gave you an unsafe account for good reasons. Deal with it.
