Im not for sure its my lifters or a bent rod makin the slight knockin noise under my right side valve cover. and i can get my serpetine belt to stop squeakin even though its new and i spray a belt conditioner on it it only stops for a few secounds

Probably the lifters are worn or the camshaft is. Add a can of engine oil conditioner to see if that will help out the noisy lifter. the pulleys on the engine have to be cleaned well to eliminate the sqeek. paint on ther pulleys will hold a glaze from oil deposits causing sqeeks
