I'm trying to fix my UPM RC300 remote transmitter.. somehow it stopped working.. when I hit the learn button and push the on button on the remote the light turns on, but then the remote doesn't seem to connect again with the lamp. am I doing something wrong? I don' thave the manual in front of me
