I'm trying to get my computer back to factory settings
Dealer told me installation disc is installed in the computer did every thing he told me now it says Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation. How do I do that nothing is the same now

If you have a Recovery Partition, It is still there. You didn't supply your Make, Model of laptop or the OS you are using. But, Remove all media for the machine,DVD,CD,USB,...etc. Shut down, Unplug, remove battery, plug in, reboot using the proper F key to enter the Recovery Partition, do A Full Factory Recovery. If asked format the drive. Your Recovery Partition is designated as another drive, it's a partition in software. The machine see the HDD as two, C ,your OS and D, Recovery , for instance.
