I'm trying to pair my plantronix 360 to my blackberry but the blackberry is not findind it..I had this headset paired with my old phone. any suggestions please?

I had the same problem and contacted plantronics at 1800-544-4660. apparently you are suppose hold the bluetooth goes red/blue red/blue over and over again and then it will pair. good luck!
