I'm trying to reconnect my headlights for my 92, and I don't know what wires are for what. I have High beams but no low beams, and relay is new. Two wires are not wired to anything, green and black on drivers side

You have three wires on a headlight bulb the top one is earth and the ones either side are for dip and beam ,cant remember which way round they go though and its dark outside so iam not going outside to look now as just had a shower .
both headlights are connected and I get high beams, but no low beams, the relay is new. On the drivers side light there are two wires not connected(a solid dark green and a black) I don't know if it has to do with me not having low beams or not.
