I'm trying to remove the print head on Prima Pro
I'm trying to remove the print head on Pixma Pro 9000. I removed the ink cartridges then lifted the grey lever, but the cartridge does not lift easily. Do you have to force it out? I did this once last year with technical support from Canon but forgot how to actually get it out. After raising and lowering it, it fixed the color problems I was having and printed perfect until now when the colors are off again.

I have one like this, it will come out just lift the lever and just pull outby tilting it a little from the to side, after you taken it out gave it a good clean with some white sprites with some small brush, gave it a shake dry and wipe it dry, try not to touch the head it selfe.
