Report "I'm trying to turn on the central air conditioning in my new apt, and it's not working. I'm flipping the switch on the bottom right to Cool. It's blinking "Cool On" but also says "Sleep" at the bottom. I've tried setting the time to the current time and it doesn't seem to work. It's a Honeywell PRO 2000 Thermostat"
