Report "Im trying to upgrade my p4m800 mb to 2g of ram. I bought the wintex industries sticks at a bailout rate new. The system booted up ok to the desktop, however we soon has an error message, asking us to restart, and on subsequent retries would only give us a black screen. the computer found all the hardware however and in mem it listed like 1.6g. I did notice the memory fit somewhat loose in the slots and not as secure as it would seem they should fit. two questions.. 1. Is there a jumper on this mb to switch from 333 to a 400 speed that I have to set? 2. Is the wintex memory very compatible with this mb. I had ultra before at 333 512mb ddr. 2100 I think.. The new sticks are wintex 1gb x2 3200 400 ddr 184pin of course"
