Im using a ZOOM ADSL x6. Ihave no problems with my PC but when it comes to my Playstation3 my downloads take forever. all are wired to router. typicaly a 135 MB download would take about 30 min. to complete, larger files take 12hrs

This could be due to the traffic on the site itself.
You may have thousands of user download at the same time and server you are accessing may not be able to handle it.
go to the Playstation3 forum and see what other are saying about the site that you are downloading from. It may not be your router.
