In coming calls sound really bad and I can hardly understand what they are saying, it is like they have their hand over their mouth. Is this normal for the Motorola Rival A455 or did I just get a bad one?

Have you tried increasing the speaker volume. U can usually do tht from the volume keys on the left or right sides of the phone.or the up down scroll button
