In FSX (Win7 64bit) couldn't get enough speed to take off! Found that when Saitek proflight quadrant set at max only around 85% power delivered. Had to use mouse pointer in virtual cockpit to advance throttle to max. Everything is calibrated correctly. Any ideas? Think prop and mixture the same. Alf Denham

Hi Alf, This sounds like a deadzone setting not allowing the throttle axis to go full. There are 2 places in which the deadzones can be set: In FSX: Settings> Controls> Calibration, there select your Yoke and then set the NULL to the left, which is 0. Or in windows in Input Devices (Win Xp - is in Control Panel, Vista or Win7 go to Games Explorer>Tools>Input Devices). In Input Devices->Select the Yoke and click Properties, then go to the Deadzones Tab and set the deadzones for the Throttle. Mixture and Prop to 0. Hope it helps...
