In my old dremel,I have a bit stuck hard
Drill bit is Stuck. It is not the chuck. I''ve tried spraying with wd/40, Heating it with fire, hitting it on a hard surface to no avail.

Try clamping channel lock pliers on the bit. Tap pliers with hammer to dislodge.
