In our new home we have 3 Hampton Bay ceiling fans with lights. The lights with remotes turn on when we are trying to operate one in another room. Is there a code that can be changed so this does not happen? It gets a little annoying having to run upstairs in the F.R.O.G. to turn off the light when operating the light in the Master Bedroom or Living Room

In the wall transmitter (switch) and in the receiver are frequency switches. It's a bank of 4 tiny on/off switches. They can be set so each fan is different. The receiver and the transmitter must be set the same. So, as an example, you could set one of yours as follows ( 1 means on, 0 means off): 1110 - another one 1101, and the third 1011.
