In "Record Setup," page 6. The system is not allowing me to input the number of beats on either end. It is stuck on 008. I've tried everything. Please tell me how to make this work. Thanks. Pete
Purchased too days ago from the Guitar Center. It is a brand new machine. I have used Alesis drum machines before with no trouble.

It sounds like your buttons are stuck...I would take it back for an exchange...good luck
