Inbox displays new messages but they aren?t there when you open
Sidebar displays New/Unread Messages (1) or more, when you open the mailbox, it doesn’t have unread messages BOLD or highlighted as they should be. Or, there aren’t any new ones as displayed in the sidebar. This has been an ongoing problem...what’s up???????

Some times the unread messages go back to the last instead of coming to the first.So if you are viewing first 25 mails ,please go to the last 25 mails and you will definitely get your unread mail
