There are no setting options to adjust how many times the phone will ring before going to voicemail. If it does not ring at all, this indicates you may be in an area with little to no service. Any time this happens, the first thing you should try is turning your phone off and leaving it off for one full minute then turning it back on. This may help your phone find a better signal.
You may also want to check the ringer volume. If the ringer is set to low, it may be ringing without you being able to hear it. With the phone on and open, look at the inside screen while reaching around to the outside of the phone to find the rubber volume button. You can press the top or bottom of this button to adjust the ringer volume and the inside screen will indicate the ringer volume setting.
If none of these solutions work, please call our Customer Service department for more assistance at (800) 733-6632. We are available 24/7.
