Our Company has brought Multifunction Printer Konica minolta C353 with fax kit FK-502 and MK-711 Mount kit. We have an ip fax line and using Cisco ATA converter to connect with analog fax machines. The standalone fax machines are working with ATA device but the particular model doesnot reciving the incoming FAX but can send the fax.
I heard cisco ATA will support the Fax machine with Baud Rate 9600bps or below. How can we customize the baud rate of FK-502? Please assist me to solve the issue
