There isn't really a manual for that telescope. It's a refractor type with a finder-scope, so you could try Google "How to use a refractor telescope" and "How to use a finder scope". The best thing anyone can do to learn how to use a telescope is find a club in your area and go to one of their events. You will meet all sorts of people at all levels of experience. Astronomers are friendly people willing to teach you everything you need to know. Here's a quick starting list....
