Information mailbox My original MBox Ext 222 was set-up as a Information Box. I am unable to store my name under the Company Directory. I am wanting to change Ext 222 from a Information Box to a regular Mailbox. Please advise

Password hit next
Extension hit next
service class change to 1 for regular mailbox, 7 is for information mailbox
