Ingenico eft930g terminal charger base not working
I have an Ingenico eft930g terminal. The charger base got dropped and is not working. I can hear a part rattling around inside it, but don't have the right tool to detach the back. Do you know if this can be done and what I might need for it? A new one is quite costly! Thanks.

Sealed hermetically, the unit is not capable of being exposed for inspection and evaluation. The terminal contents you hear moving about with the walls of the device are the miniature capacitors, diodes, and transistor's having a party, so leave it be.
