Initially, the power windows stopped working, and when I tried to use them all the locks in the car would rapidly toggle between locked and unlocked. Now both the locks and the windows are completely unresponsive. I've replaced every fuse that I found burnt out, but I can't figure out what's going on. window regulator is manual i just wan to know how to put a new wire
