Buy a generic multi voltage charger or any cell phone charger (they run on 3 volts) from a local electronics store or cell phone accessory shop, then solder and shrink tube your charging adapter onto the leak on the charger. You most likely can't buy the original charger. When you install the old charger end on the new charger end that plugs into your device make sure you pay attention to the polarity, one lead is market with a white stripe, one with none.
