inside back panel iced
Freezer side temp flashes and it makes a burring noise. Noise does stop when door is opened on either side. Had appliance repairman out. Inside of freezer back panel w/ styrofoam is totally iced/frozen. He spent 2 hours with a hair dryer melting it to tell me he can't fix it and call Samsung repairman. It is now melting and freezing.

The freezer side is off. The temp is flashing on the meter in front of the refrigerator. This is a Samsung RS2545SH. Does this freezer have a reset button or what shall I do.
Your model possibly needs this adaptor=> RS2630SH Maytag put out this Tip and I would contact your nearest authorized dealer and see if you can get it from them and put it on yourself. here is a link to your service manual=> RS2630SH I believe ice may be hittig the fan behind the cover and causing your alarms. This could also be another problem like defrost or air being pulled in through an opening like the dispenser door or the seals around freezer door. Here are a couple photos of a Maytag with the door slightly open for a few hours. Sea Breeze
Did you get a good look at your evaporator while the technicial was looking over the freezer? What are the temperatures on each side if tested with refrigerator thermometer. The freshfood section should be around 38 degrees to be safe. Sea Breeze
