A New fan is very easy to replace. And it costs only $50 for a new fan... do you have dual A/C...does the A/C and Fan in the back work? Does the 2 vents on the passenger side blow ? All yuou have to do is go buy a chilton manual at a auto parts store and it will tell you how to take it apart... you must first remove the glove box... look underneath and there is a round thing...(diameter 4").. With your car running tap on that round thing with a hammer... That sometimes will get your fan running temporarily and it will also tell you if that is your problem...
There is a fuse, but have you checked the blower motor? If the fuse is good, then bump the blower motor with you r hand with it on,see if it will try and come on,if it does, then the blower motor is bad, then check the blower relay. If this was at all helpful, please rate. The fuses are under the hood in the relay/fuse box on drivers side, and there are some on the inside, fuses.
