Inside the refrigerator underneath the vegetable bins we are getting ice build up. We have defrosted twice but the build up reoccurrs. Where exactly is the drain opening? and How do I clean it? How do I check the operation of the heater?

The drain opening is inside the freezer compartment (in the rear) so you need toremove the back and maybe bottom panels (inside the freezer), or you mey be able to access this hole from the back of frig if the drain tube is located outside the unit (in the rear). The best way is with pressurized air ( not a coat hanger wire). The drain heater (if so equiped) can only be accessed from the freezer by removing the panel(S). Good luck, macgivor
