Installation cd will not load properly. It shows the background and the selection boxes but not the writing. I am trying to register my product. I select the proper box and the demoshield box displays for a moment and then it disappears. It displays properly on my test computer. I had to uninstall quicktime to get past the demoshield errors at the start

what PC , name and model
what OS, windows, windows what sounds XP like to me and 100% doomed that.
PNY makes lots of things. I can never guess this. who could IDK.

Go right to their website and download the appropriate driver/software and install it from your computer instead of the cd. incidentally, remove the cd from the drive and inspect the working side... the shiny side and see if it has any smudges or scratches. the cd player may not be able to read it.
it's not mentioned but is that a pc or mac and what operating system are you using ?
