Try putting the end of the hot supply line into a bucket and turning the valve on. Make sure there is water going into the faucet. You may have a FloodSafe line on that side which is fussy. Let me know what you find.
Your control handle is off by 180°. Remove the handle and turn the cartridge 1/2 turn.
