Installed Acenti by Leviton single pole switch and when in "off" position, there is a flickering of light on and off, its like a pulse... model AC201-1LW... the only thing i can think thats wrong was after i checked the amps i noticed that the acenti switch is 20A and my old switch is 15A, breaker is 15A as well... would this cause it to flicker on and off? do they make 15A models?

No you are getting a backfeed from somewhere else...either the neutral is no connected properly or you have a bad ground...
It has nothing to do with the amp. rating of the switch..

Seems as though there is something on those siruits that is causing the problems... Identify what else goes off when you kill those circuits...then unplug everything... then plug each in one by one till you find out what is causing the problems..
Are you using cfl or led bulbs? If so make sure the dimmers are rated for the type of lamp (bulb) you are using
Check to make sure you are using dimmers rated for the type of lamps (bulbs) you are using. Incandescent, cfl, led or fluorescent.
